Hi,

My experiment has stopped twice in the last few days due to an error:

error: [Errno 55] No buffer space available (picture below)
 ![50%20AM](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex035/uploads/evolver/original/1X/0fcd82e5a58d8b63f6d2aa9281bfb8254180c880.png)

Has this happened to anyone? It measures enough time points successfully each time that I left the turbidostat, convinced it was working fine, so I’m unsure what might be causing the system to bug here.

Thanks!
Melanie

We haven’t encountered this before… Can you try running it as a different experiment? Maybe you’ve run the experiment for so long that theres too much data trying to be read/ graphed.

That would make sense! I’ll give that a shot and update.

Thanks,

It’s been running fine for the last week as a “new experiment” - for anyone else who is running long-term eVOLVER cultures, this happened at a little 2000 hours (on a relatively old computer).
