Could you please provide instructions on (1) how to make the media bottles, with length and tubing pieces and (2) how to make peek tubing for the vial inputs and outputs, more specifically the proper/recommended lengths for the output so that the vial volume is 25 mL? Thanks!

Good question. I’ve made a guide for making bottles here. This is just the way I make them, there’s a lot of variations you could do.
I’d bet someone else has more info on the PEEK tubing caps. I think in general, can just use trial and error to determine the right lengths for each volume, but with the angled straw design, that might not be the case.
