Motherboard configuration and pwm, adc board configuration

Hello.
I want to experiment in Korea, so I can’t purchase the product, so I want to organize the experiment directly through open source.
My question is, I would like to ask if it is possible to experiment with only 3 pwm boards and 1 adc board, 3 Arduino boards, and 1 rs485 board as shown in the picture on the motherboard.
Also, I would like to know if there is no problem even if there is no Auxiliary_Board.
