A simple CLI for running eVOLVER scripts

I have put together a bash script to improve ease of use for my lab. It automates the commands and has run all the components you can call through. I also compiled a batch script for Windows users, which I have not had a chance to debug on an actual DPU connected to the eVOLVER. You can find the CLI repo on my GitHub, feel free to raise any issues and make commits. I am relatively new to coding so I am sure there are some optimizations and improvements possible.
