I am trying to calibrate the eVOLVER and have run into an issue when calibrating the OD and the temperature, but not the pumps, through the GUI. I have attached the error message I receive when I go to run the calibration. Does anyone have recommendations for fixing this issue? (I am running this on a Windows computer)
I found the source of this error. I had activated the virtual environment not within the dpu folder. This is clearly stated in the dpu installation, and was a silly mistake on my part. I just moved the venv folder into the dpu folder and this seems to be fixed. Hopefully this post will save someone else also new to coding a little bit of a headache.
